Working as a Supervisor on the MBPT Project in Mumbai, he gained invaluable experience in:

- Managing timelines and teams on active construction sites
This experience gave him deep insight into how professional systems operate, and more importantly, how attention to detail at the ground level determines project success.

After gaining field experience, Mahesh Ambad made a decisive move to start his own venture.
